The Breakers Palm Beach Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The Benefits that they offer

Dont know much of a compensation package

Since I have been working for this company, I think it is the best package I have had since I have lived in the United States of America. I can not complain about their package.

The life insurance for employees.

They gave us yearly bonus and other team meetings

Raise bonus and holiday days pay

Marvelous an incredible very good

I dont know much about it

Health insurance and the commisiion payout

The commissions, discounts, 50% retail discounts. As well as discounts for pff property companies.

Everything in the package is great

Quickly take action to any concerns.

The best part is that it reward are efort

Everything is great about it.

It is consistent enough for me

The do more than everybody else

Volunteer time off is very unique and great

The 401K plan is great

It cover what i need

One month vacation paid and the anual bonus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Larger percentage of our lessons to the pros would be great

Florida pays servers $10/an hour. We should receive this as there are hours we are working without getting tipped. And we actually don't have the guarantee of the 20% because our tips are reduced for members, employees and happy hour. It lowers morale to go above and beyond and not be compensated.

I personally dont feel undervalued, it would be nice to make a little bit more, but I am more concerned with those who have been employed for over 10 years and who are not compensated fairly. They are the ones who I believe are being undervalued.

I'm not feeling undervalued but what would make me feel better is a little increase on my pay or remove the tax from my tip

I believe our hourly rate should be comparable to other Hotel/resorts similar to us that are receiving a higher hourly wage along with relatively the same benefit package

I don't feel undervalued necessarily, but I do feel that for as much work that I put in physically I deserve more of a cut for what I do.

Service charge for chefs would be nice

We don't have enough hours per week sometime.

The money generated is not distributed fairly among all the team members.

Pay in my department is based solely on employment time. Case in point, you have two individuals who have been with the company the same amount time. One far exceeds the other in all aspects of job performance, but is paid the same wage.

Other people get treated better than others and the valuable ones are left behind

I feel this way beacuse because I am unheard i feel my work and value is goes unseen/underappreciated. I would feel better If it matched my performance,,tenure and position.

Get more money per hour

No recignition of commitment work ethic

Get two dollar every year Everything is so expensive

Better salary to keep up with the inflation

There's an opportunity to match talent to role; the experience I bring isn't being used appropriately, and I could be bringing more value to my department. I've advocated for myself on numerous occasions and was only made empty promises.

I would probably raise hourly pay for the food and beverage department

I deserve more for what I m doing

The cost of living keeps going up. The cost of insurance has gone up, and I only recived a 3% increase last year. I am back to living paycheck to paycheck. Its not a good feeling.
