They try their best to split justice
What I like most about the leadership team is their respect for each other.
I like the way they approache you with respect
The transparency. I don't feel like they are hiding anything and I always feel in the loop.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dont know much of a compensation package
Since I have been working for this company, I think it is the best package I have had since I have lived in the United States of America. I can not complain about their package.
One month vacation paid and the anual bonus
The yearly bonuses are nice!
I feel the pay is very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As s technician for the work i im requierd to preform i feel the pay is not to par with other companys i have received better offer wich at the moment im comtemplating living the breakers. Its a very hard decision becuse i love my job and envarioment here at the breakers.
To be clear , l not undervalued: every one respect each order we are familly from up to down,As a employee if cam up to the compensation to make us feel better we alleays happy

They alleays ready to work and they doit with appines
My Team is full of different personalities!
Just the way that everyone cares for each other and is always willing to help.
As I mentioned in my first answer, they respect each other. In addition, they are a good team. My team works very hard and really well. Nobody is perfect, but the only important thing between us is that we woke together.

I need them to improve more respect

Good company to work for
The culture and environment at my company are significant. We are a mix of different nations, but we are friends and family. We enjoy each other's cultures, which makes my company a great place to work.
People always smiling and happy
I feel that we are all trying to improve as a whole and it trickles down from the executive team.

First of all, I respect my administration, my coworkers, and the environment in which I have to come to work every day. I'm happy because I meet different people at work, including very important people.
