Golfing at the breakers during the summer!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Florida pays servers $10/an hour. We should receive this as there are hours we are working without getting tipped. And we actually don't have the guarantee of the 20% because our tips are reduced for members, employees and happy hour. It lowers morale to go above and beyond and not be compensated.
the work load and the amount of taxes and tip out when living a hour away just isnt enough

We all work together to get the job done

The amount of pride in being The Breakers team is unbelievable and the commitment to new innovations and sustainability is also great.
The most positive culture is one that fosters respect and growth. The environment supports open communication , work life balance and employee well being.
