I found my forever company. I am proud to work at The Breakers

Have been here almost one year and I am greatly satisfied.

I think there is little opportunities for young talent to grow in the company overall. Tough to see a true path forward in the company. It would be great if the brand would give more opportunities for advancement in the fast pace nature of hospitality. Breakers is conservative in their approach.

I have been here 5 years now and love everything about the Breakers. I started in valet and made a goal for myself to get to Flagler Club and now i am here. I wouldn't have gotten here without my peers

I think mid level managers peak at the company, but there is little room for growth beyond the current role. It takes lots of patience to reach the next level in your career at The Breakers. Extremely good quality of life makes up for some of the lack of growth opportunities.

They make me feel like I am the CEO as well. They are always engaging with all emoyees and truly the feedback from all employees. I feel like I am on the BOD as well, which is an incredible feeling

I think across the company the money that is generated does not get back to the employees enough. People work very hard and make it their lives. People in operations do not get enough recognition.

I am very grateful for the position i am in now. I feel I bring a lot of value to the table based on my experience in the hotel. In my position at the flagler club, i am used in multiple roles to help serve our guest. I just feel that i get taken advantage of because I can versatile in my job.

The pay is less than it should be for the high rates and expectations from leadership and guests. It does not seem fair to not have performance bonuses or a form of equity for achieving excellence.

Long term employees don't the pay they should be receiving. More bonuses as and more money for Christmas and extra bonuses for people that are there 20 years or more..

I feel that I am sometimes taken advantage of in the way i can do multiple jobs in my department. I just want people to be considerate and respect how versatile I can be.

They are my family. We work hard at work but we have fun working togrther to deliver an exceptional 5-star level of service to our guest. That is The Breakers magic.

We all know what it takes to get the job done. Can definitely count on them.

The best part of the team is seeing how people grow in their roles.

We help each other out to balance work and life.

More patience and experience. People talk behind each others backs and arent showing as much attention and care as others. If people were placed in the right departments based on experence that would help.

Jessica Regen provides such a warm and welcoming environment while challenging us to be leaders. She is always available when needed. Having an incredible direct leader is a something I value in a company and Jess is no exception. I feel safe at work knowing that she is my manager

Pay more especially with inflation, going up, it is extremely difficult, and some employees have to get double jobs and making it very stressful
