What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation is the 401k
Competively appropraite pay, but more so the adherance to a 45 hour work week for salary
The health benefits are unmatched
I love to take use the hitek stay
Health insurance , bonus and 401k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Line level positions (servers, bartenders) tend to make more overall and have significantly less responsibilitis & less hours worked . Financial incentives, manager bonuses etc.
Doing same job as collegues maybe more while im getting pay less
A proportional increase in relation to the cost of living
The breajers spoke about the millions more they made this years. They are giving the members free dinners. Yet we still have our tip effected by their discount as well as got the same $100 bonus, meanwhike inflation is at an all time high. I find that not very nice to dedicated employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Understanding and their availability when you are in difficulty
Friendly, good team work amongst fellow managers.
They make sure all guests are happy and satisfied
We all have each others backs and have a good time together while providing amazing service
We all genuinly care for one an other

Many things without wanting to say it all
The physical location. I love working outside and the hours.
Knowing that guests are happy with the service we provide
