What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really responsible about the job
They are really inspiring, always care about you as a person and they help you to reach your goals
Always making sure the team is motivated and ready for work
They seem like they actually care about me
Accessibility, supportive, responsive and a pleasure to work with
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate more transparently with you, i have a goal and im ready for it but i dont get a concrete plan
Leading the team and make decisions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k and the vacation
It helps alot and i always appreciate it,thanks to the Breakers.
The 401k 6% match option

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would probably raise hourly pay for the food and beverage department
2.35 an hour is not a normal tipped wage. I feel we should be getting whatever the minimum wage is for tipped employees which is way more than 2.35/hour
I believe we deserve more pay by the hour considering we only receive 14% service charge. Mortgages and rent are to expensive.
I dont feel undervalued at all.
Higher wage, enjoy rhe job but need 2 more jobs to support living to match the pay needed
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team work they are really good at it
We are always uplifting eachother and working as a team
Team player,communicate well,always learning about the Breakers
Positive, energetic, cooperative, hardworking, supportive, we learn from each other
Very helpful everything works perfectly with team work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being a little nicer to each orher
They have negative attitudes towards coming to work.
Most of my coworkers seem to be in it for themselves only and dont have the work ethic to help one another out.
To not feel like im not included and to even the minimum to say before asking for anything
More flexibilty with hours to better accomodate higher work loads
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They way the organize its wonderful
They care for you as a person, not only as a employee
The history am into learning the Breakers history it is very interesting
My managers seem to really care about the team
Our entire culture is positive, promoting respect for all, accountability for our standards, and our vision

When my coworker and i put our head together to finsh our task for the day
The positivism that the managers/coworkers bring to every shift
