What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything in the package is great
Salary, uniforms, benefits, perks on property such as playing golf
One of the best perks is being able to enjoy the place I work, even when I'm not working.
The pay is industry standard
Health insurance is good. I hope The Breakers continues to try and keep our costs down for the portion employees pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Kindness and willing to put in hard work
They come and do their job everyday.
Team truely cares and wants to keep the breakers one of the best hotels and best course conditions. Work very well with eachother and will tackle any task thrown at them
We can have gun while getting the job done well
They are hard workers like me

Looking at the nice fresh cut on the golf course knowing we set those Machines up
Be able to see the team every morning,
The work i get to do in order to give our guess the most quality experience when they come
