Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly Bonus and MUCH MUCH higher VACATION PAY
My hourly could be more.
I believe our hourly rate needs to be higher. $5 an hour is not enough. Over the years, with inflation and the cost of living, it barely even covers the taxes taken out of my paycheck. Our restaurant and bar are very weather dependent. When we are required to come in and make no money, it is discour
I feel I could be compensated better via my hourly rate and pto rate. I also think our insurance for dependents has a lot of room for improvement. It is extremely expensive.
Hard work and less pay, a mean little raise won't hurt

Communication and respect for each other
Helpful and supportive team. Especially the leaders
Hard working, goal oriented and focused on improvement
Most of my team members are motivated and cohesive with the team.
Very friendly, trustworthy, overall funny

Take there job more seriously at times
Training and development MGR just promote because they need bodies

Community service and the wellness
Everyone seems really nice and kind
Comradery amongst all staff. Friendliness and genuine care for all.
It's a safe environment to work and the culture is clear to everyone
