I stay very appreciative of the company I work for as I know it's one of the best around and take pride to be part of such a great community

My overall experience is very positive. I have little to complain about and more to be excited about. Everything seems to be on an upward trajectory and I can't wait to grow with the company in the next several years to come.

I don't feel undervalued necessarily, but I do feel that for as much work that I put in physically I deserve more of a cut for what I do.

I would like to feel more comfortable financially about taking time off. I can't afford to take a vacation and fully enjoy it while only getting compensated a small portion if my wage.

Easy to talk to everyone and always feel as if they have my back if I ever really truly needed it.

We all understand eachothers lives because we have similarities in that we had to get skilled at something and we have similarities in that we grind out work together day to day
