Random bonuses and hourly wage increases

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is very minimal even when busy
I feel that pool and beach puts in a lot of hard work on top of extra work that is out of out job description and we dont really see the financial rewards for it.
Higher pay for the job I provide. It feels like the pay is basic in comparison to the work load provided
Overall I feel most jobs located in palm Beach should raise their working wages to align with the cost of living. I also feel undervalued in the fact that i believe we should be given a meal a day or at least once a week for all the work, time, and money we also provide for the company.
Adequate pay for the job. Fair and equal recognition for a job done well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun, engaging, caring, enthusiastic to work
We take care of each other
They are kind to each other
They ate listening and focus
Great cool young friendly nice
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more proactive and take the job seriously. There is a lot of slacking off and talking between coworkers that is hurting the quality of service that is expected. Maybe higher more full time teammembers and some that are out of college so they are not treating it like a summer job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Benefits, giving/volunteering, friendliness, top level service
When the company make profit they always reinvest in the business, the employees and our communites
The place is kept clean
