I really enjoy the FSA option currently but it makes me feel better for the future having the option of Bright Horizons for my family.

The best part of my compensation package is that all the components are designed to support my life beyond just making a living.

Incentives to earn additional compensation

It allows me and my family to meet our healthcare needs as well as enjoy life together.

Compensation should more closely align with cost of living that has risen and will continue to rise. Wages are livable but Executive Team should be working towards better quality of life for team members, not just quality of work.

Maternity leave should be full pay or more time. Insurance policy is expensive

I believe more affordable benefits and higher compensation.

Due to how the economy and how prices have risen everywhere, My wage is not enough for my needs. Our wage has remained the same while inflation has increased the past 2 years. .50-.60 raise is not enough.

With the current prices of rent, morgages, and cost of everyday goods such as groceries, car payments, etc., it is worth to evaluate salary and hourly wages so that it matches cost value. The Breakers is a great place to work and raising salaries can make it an even more desirable company.
