What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very organized and inclusive.
They are very fare and honest
Everyone works well together and tries to help
The transparency of the progress of the company as a whole. They seem to think not only about the Breakers future but ours with competitive retirement matches and great healthcare.
They lead by example. Over the years, there have been a few bad seeds in the upper leadership. I am happy to say the company finally weeded them out. Michele Wilde and Joan Bever are perfect examples of upper leadership that was taking advantage of their positions and were mean to the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistency is what leadership needs to get better at
Individuals growth and well being. Communicationg future goals
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commissions, discounts, 50% retail discounts. As well as discounts for pff property companies.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything... work ethic.... communication.... how to speak to people, guests. ... you name it!
Some need to take the initiative in the job. Be more customer attentive. Take it more seriously, while they are here, instead of not giving their all, just getting by.

I dont feel as if what im doing is not valued. I feel that i am well taken care of. I feel safe if I need help there is someone readily available.
