I feel that i have a real futire here

the opportunity to learn a lot from my coworker. It is an amazing work experience!

I love it! I have grown a lot as a person and in my career here. Everyone is friendly.

Been with the company many years and have seen much change and growth in almost all positive ways.

I am so truly blessed to be working for this company. The attitude and morale is top notch, along with the service. Where else would you rather be than anywhere but here?

Care more about the employees

Over the last 2 years the Sea Food Bar has drastically changed. Before it was very professional, now it feels as if im working at Applebees. The mangers seem to not care about anything and for sure do not hold people accountable. Im very nervous for the months to come, this is a very weak team.

All of it is great

The insurance prices are very fair.

The company only pays us a very very very small percentage. 95% of our income comes from guests generosity.

I work above and beyond what my job requires such as making myself available to work whatever task is assigned to me.

The everyday responsibilities in my department is getting more and more. And that's the reason why I feel like I am not being paid fair enough. I love my job but I also want to live a healthy lifestyle.

The company desires to be the best, most customer centric company in the world, but doesn't want to pay its workforce a commensurate rate.

In short, Ive noticed that there is alot of gossip, bullying, and muckraking. I try to uplift the victims of this without getting myself involved and remaining proffesional. There should be a consequence for these actions.

I wanted to work for the breakers because i knew i would be with the best of the best. Some co workers do not respect their job the workplace or other team members. Team members need to be held accountable.
