What do you like best about the leadership team?
Spirit of cooperation among us.
The organization is good, I will like have the buses last year
They make sure things are done in order
Most of them lead and do whats right but a small amount don't and that's the problem there motives some I find to be as rude and disrespectful as the employees that work under them .
Change of mecanic shop to much problem whit all cars

The benfist is good are full
The retirement benifit they offer
Good Retirement package match could be higher though
Benefis are good and bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My value and contribution is worth more
If it had more leaders and less followers. If people would just honestly do what is right.
The compensation should be base on your experience and your day to day contribution to your department.
As things become more expensive, my wage becomes less livable
Because the payment for living expenses is not enough

Spirit of cooperation to accurately complete the job assignment daily.
Organize more activites in group
They work together and come prepared
Organize any sport to enjoy toguether
We are nice and friendly all the time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
That we all have different values and you can be upset because one does not have the same values as yours we were all raised different.
Comminacation understand listen each other
Being respectful you don't have to like a person to respect them come to work to work . Good customer service should always be shown rather it is a customer or employee.
Be fear do what good
They need to listen more work together and cooperate and do not segregate themselves one team one goal not haitian versus Jamaican

Kindness, mutual respect, and acceptance of any employee from different points of origin, backgrounds, and social class to work as a team.
The respect to everyone is good
Warm friendlly and also welcoming
The people I meet (guest) some are quite interesting and very nice people..
