The leadership is not bad. But are understaffed and so we dont always have time to reflect or talk.
Lack of transparency and lack of communication/clear direction
Stop treating employees like they are disposable. Start paying employees better. Have respect for seniority. Stop treating employees like they are pawns and throwing them into any situation just because they are a body and can cover something and doesn't mean it is safe. Provide free parking.

I think that we nurses are generally underpaid in Pennsylvania.
Market adjustments should be made across the board for ALL professionals. Fair pay and improved and consistent health insurance benefits would be helpful. Executive conflicts of interest should be advertised publicly without retaliation-CHOP DOES retaliate, despite their claims....
Pay comparable to other area hospitals. Pay us appropriately for forcing us to do undesirable shifts.
