The Children's Place Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everyone is paid fairly and the benefits are expensive but OK.

Annual salary endorses when we meet our goals

Dental, vision, medical insurance and that's about it

I'm not sure I don't think I'm eligible

The discount on top of sales

All benefits offered good PTO

At least I know I'll be saving some money

It s Pretty good to me

I get free time paid off

My hourly rate is competitive

The best part about my compensation package is that there is insurance available to me

Review from Sales Dept

It’s a privilege to get all these things

Review from Sales Dept

Benefits and health insurance paid time off

Additional 30 percent off merchandise

Review from Sales Dept

There really isn't anything good about it. You get 1 dollar per credit card you sell.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of hours that is given and a raise would be nice.

I know someone who's been a hard worker for this company for over a decade and still almost makes about the same as an assoicate.

Undervalued is an understatement. Worked 75+ hours and over 2 weeks straight then called off to work from home

We deseverd to get paid atleast $16 because were underpaid for the amount of work they expect from us

There is no appreciation in this company.

The whole company is terrible

Compensation was fine like I said I would feel more valued if they would give appropriate resources for expectations and demand that they are setting

Unless you are part of the crew that sips the kool aid you are not seen

I dont recieve stock or any way such as production bonuses where if the company does well i do well

Not used to extent of skills. Appreciation goes a long way, no one says thank you.

I believe pay should be at least $1 more. $200 paychecks for two weeks is absolutely ridiculous.

I feel like they could have better communication skills.

Review from Sales Dept

Paid for my commit and work deadacction

I feel like I should get paid more for folding clothes for hours without stop

Review from Sales Dept

if they paid more and had a better work/life balance

Review from Sales Dept

The pay was too little for all the demands and expectations

Review from Sales Dept

I am a hard worker but it goes unnoticed

Better options for retirement. Better insurance.

Review from Sales Dept

Very low for the national average

Review from Sales Dept

All my hard work and everything I do for the company goes unrecognized when they took my pay and title away but yet I still get paid less to do as much as I was before.
