Barely got asked any questions super quick as long as you can pass a background check you're hired

Being apart of the Leadership team in my location I enjoyed that we really did strive to turn promising staff into effective leaders
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation was fine like I said I would feel more valued if they would give appropriate resources for expectations and demand that they are setting
What are some of the best things about your team?
Family like work environment everyone is so willing to do what is needed to be done to help new associates or season dissociates achieve the tasks at hand for the day to the best of our ability with the lack of resources given to us
