During my time here I've been very disappointed. There's no where to grow and the store management is very dishonest. I could never go to the hire up about things without feeling like i was going to be punished in the workplace like a former co-worker was. I couldn't trust anyone with anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always have a good attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know someone who's been a hard worker for this company for over a decade and still almost makes about the same as an assoicate.
