My experience was decent. I've worked worse jobs. However the district managers seem to lose touch of how hard retail can be.

More pay and not as many hours.

Better options for retirement. Better insurance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managment can use more guidance. Conference calls for the district are outdated and unneeded. Hire more workers at better pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we're all in it together. We have a sense of family and community.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process is easy but the district manager doesn't take the time to know workers only store managers. It makes you feel like a peon.
