I was really excited when I first started working here. I missed two days of work due to a pulled muscle in my chest, gave my manager a doctors excuse & she cut my hours in half the next week. I came in late because my son had an appt & I was ignored. She knew my son had a lot of issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast. Not much to it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe pay should be at least $1 more. $200 paychecks for two weeks is absolutely ridiculous.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Finding stuff to do instead of standing around doing absolutely nothing. When that was the case I would always re-fold shirts & straighten racks
