Confusion among supervisors and never get a straight answer on our schedule. HR is slow about getting answers to you as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we stay busy and my supervisor isn't being hateful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I came in thru a temp agency and was frustrated that they hired people that came in after us first.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Supervisors to do their jobs and hold everyone accountable for their job and the rules we don't all have to follow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of our team works together as a team some don't pull their share of work and ate never held accountable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some are friendly but some of the leadership are lazy and hatefull. They don't want to be bothers and they treat some associate's like crap and others like they are their best friends.
