My assistant manager will gossip with employees about my personal information including my private medical records. She will also has the employees shun me during work. When gossiping on the clock she will have all but me behind the register gossip and ignore customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very inviting and showed a great promise of friends within the workplace
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere is really good and positive but the assistant manager brings very distractive and unprofessional atmosphere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really well put together besides certain people and we compete our tasks for the most part
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My general manager is truly an amazing person and can really hold a team together. She is a strong leader willing to help anyone in need and help teach you.
