What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working with our Members and hitting the goals that our team sets for ourselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are all working hard to keep pushing TCB to the next level and are very appreciative of the work that we do to help these goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with my manager and my team. We take our jobs seriously and work hard, but interactions are often calm/fun. As long as everyone does their part, there is not a crazy amount of pressure or work on anyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that people should be paid more for the work that they do here. Also, there are example in which the the job description for one position is identical to the "senior" version of that job, yet their compensation is different. If one job constitutes higher pay, there should be differences.
