Training and communication. Not allowing employees to mix, stop drug and alcohol use and sales at work.
This has been the worst place I've ever worked for and I am very upset because they will not pay me
Pay hard workers instead of ruining lives
Integrity. The company lacks in morality as well.

Paying their employees for the time they were asked to work. And stop altering time cards to fit within their budget. Buy the proper equipment and supplies to efficiently complete daily tasks.

If you didnt have a constant target on your back no job secuirty with no HR expextarions werent realistic and your not treating farily
They overwork you! You have no time with your family.
Very Low base pay hard to get by
Game paid so I don't lose everything I own because this is what they caused me to lose everything
Our lying to us who work hard for free you don't pay
When concern is voiced about a hostile work environment it needs to be taken more seriously. Coworkers for the most part are OK but it’s definitely a very competitive and dog eat dog environmen

More focus on "big picture" projects and visions rather than getting caught in the details of the day to day
I couldn't ask for a better team who is always 'rowing in the same direction,' and thinking about the long-term result!
Not be so focused on money and car sellsman tatics and not be a fear base company
I need to learn that when someone works hard and does their job that they need to get paid it's not fair not to get paid and I have not got paid in 4 months
Everything bad company need to have truth instilled in them
Experience within the company is valued over integrity and morals. For instance if your Sales person has been with the company longer than you and has a more proven track record, they will always be more valued over you regardless of experience and personality. A moral compass is not needed to work
Review from Sales Dept
More flexibility around working from home or giving people grace when they mess up
7 interviews rush you through the end to sign contractes but dont give you copies and then dont reapond or have thme
Better Description of what the job entails
Hire someone that's honest people that lie constantly like the people I came across with that this company or horrible they shouldn't be in charge of nothing
Do a better hiring process, make Consequences for behavior
I've gotten several statements from your tenant about my work that have seen me there I work for them I clean their Apartments I've done plenty of stuff and still yet I have never gotten paid
Pay me I worked to hard for this company only to never be paid lied to
I made it abundantly clear how I felt about working with my senior sales lead and I was told very plainly that I needed to find a way to get along with him despite his lack of civility, communication and morals.
Review from Sales Dept
They need to take a deep dive into their management teams and see if they are truly the best person to be running a team. To my knowledge, they look at the numbers the team puts out as a direct reflection on the manager, which isn't necessarily the best way to do it.
Review from Sales Dept
The hours are long, and there is not much flexibility on the schedule

A maternity leave policy would be nice to have
