What leadership team? Manager gives preferential treatment to personal friends even if not in companys best interest

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I make myself fully available every week & cover shifts when co-workers cant make it. i asked for more responsability & was told i needed to be with the company for more time. Then new people are just brought in to fill the same positions which im told arent available.
