What's going wrong and how can it be improved?mgmt getting together with employees and listening. employees have ideas on how to improve the work situations but we are not ask or listened too. the mgmt team has been so long been removed from the floor they have lost sense of what is going on. some have never been on the floor and have no idea.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?mgmt team that knows whats going on, employees with a work ethic and expectations. feedback between mgmt and employees positive and negative. communication. team meetings, listening between the two parts of the workforce. the chance for employees to move to in the company, end nepotism
