The Happiness Index Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Work from home set-up budget, travel expenses, growth & development budget, annual bonus

My salary is good. Perhaps I could get paid more elsewhere but I doubt I would get the intangibles that THI afford me and that is what matters more to me.

Care coins for our mental health

The benefits and holidays are what matters to people (not just the salary). Support Your Loved Ones, Parental Leave and Wellbeing Days are all so valuable

Pay is above the London industry average and we have so many benefits for wellbeing and mental health on top of this.

The range of additional days we receive for helping friends and family, bereavement and the encouragement to take mental health days in the same way we would treat physical sickness.

learning budget for each employee.

The benefits aren't abundant but i totally expect that in a smaller company. What the company does offer is the benefit of time, as well as holiday, time to support loved ones, well being etc. should the need arise, which i really appreciate.

The focus on wellbeing and mental health. I now have access to therapy through Care Coins which i never would have been able to do paying out of pocket.

Wellbeing support via apps and internal sessions/training as well as quick access to counsellors when needed.

The focus on not only monetary compensation but also things like mental health and well-being benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
