What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Collaborative, supportive and honest - Embodies the values we live and breath.

They aren't bureaucratic and don't diminish the views of people who are younger or less experienced. They acknowledge they don't always get things right and are open to continuously learning. They always have time for people in the company, regardless of their role or team. They challenge norms.

They treat us like humans. They have a 'leaders eat last' kind of mentality. They tell us the good and the bad about everything.

They are always tranparent and put people first

We have an open and honest team where everyone respects each others opinions, feedback without judgement

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Work from home set-up budget, travel expenses, growth & development budget, annual bonus

My salary is good. Perhaps I could get paid more elsewhere but I doubt I would get the intangibles that THI afford me and that is what matters more to me.

Care coins for our mental health

The benefits and holidays are what matters to people (not just the salary). Support Your Loved Ones, Parental Leave and Wellbeing Days are all so valuable

Pay is above the London industry average and we have so many benefits for wellbeing and mental health on top of this.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Everyone is in it together and brings their own creativity

They are very supportive and help with any questions I have.

A wide range of people with very varied skillsets. We are all super different but we all work as part of the team and learn from eachother.

Whatever is going on in my personal life, I can bring my true self to work, not having to hide things out of 'professionalism' and know that I have their support. This ethos is embodied throughout the company and really allows us to be human beings instead of robots.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

People are open and supportive. The culture is extremely flexible. The product we sell and our mission and values feel truly embedded in what we try to practice day to day.

Very inclusive, open and honest

There are all sorts of quizzes, team meets, office days, away days etc. But nothing is obligatory. You can do as much or as little as you desire with your fellow colleagues. We have a culture of choice, as our vision is giving people the 'Freedom to be human' at work.

The fact that they really do care about each employee. It not just about the figures at the end of the year.

It's ok to not feel ok. There's no toxic positivity, if anything they encourage us to take time to check in with ourselves and feel our emotions fully.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Very much showed me the culture they spoke about was real

It was informal, open and flexible to suit me

It was very warm and friendly. Felt like a conversation more than an interrogation

It felt like they really wanted to know about me as an individual. I had a 1st interview where we didn't discuss the actual role. It was all about me and how I could add and improve the culture.

The approach of looking at the person first and the skills set second.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

The amazing people I work with and get to learn from every day.

Helping organisations to have happy employees.

Knowing I can do what I'm passionate about and make a difference

The flexibility and the people within my team.

Being given the freedom to deliver my role in the best way I see fit.
