Review from Operations Dept

The package is very reasonable

Review from Customer Support Dept

my salary as well as my accrued paid time off. Work life balance is fantastic also.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Took away pto time and raise will not be enough for inflation

Stop pushing people to conform to some office strategy when the company is making good money

Not allowed to do the job I was hired to do. Instead I ended up being a glorified administrative assistant.

As an adjuster, we are constantly overworked and not compensated fairly compared to market value. Most companies pay about 10-20k more per year for the work that we do. Raises do not match inflation.

More review of the markets and inflation need to be made to make wages more of a living wage for some employees and make sure that management is being compensated well for their efforts.

Compensation equal to peer companies.

No merit increase in several years.

No amount of pay is worth how much you have to kill yourself to keep up

The pay should be comparable to the level of experience throughout the role functions. There is wage gap within claims and operations functions.

Review from Operations Dept

Since I’ve joined my team, my pay hasn’t increased all

Review from Operations Dept

There are changes going on and people are leaving

Review from Admin Dept

The starting pay increases with each round of new hires hire yet the tenured staff see no living wage increase. There are people just hired that are now making more than those who have been with the company for 8+ years.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Managers play favorites and job is not clearly defined.

Review from Operations Dept

Something in live with the expected hours would be great.

the amount of effort required does not make the position favorable
