What did you like most about the interview process?They presumed transparent with expectations and did not ask invasive questions, making one feel comfortable. It shows they have years of experience putting up a front. Kudos.
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing that ive pusher through over a years worth of adversaries and constant abuse from staff and still managing amazing feedback from the guest/customers continuosuly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Typically the guest are very excited to dine in with us and overall have a positive engery, however, guest who have personal relationships with management have proven to be very rude and have intentions to cause problems with your position within the company or state government.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?To understand the core value of great work ethic and what it entails. To focus in growing individually and understanding the responsibilities in being part of a team. To reflect on their actions and focus on solutions versus creating more problems. The basic knowledge of business and state laws.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Handling business and any of its transactions including its employees legally.
