Less on line forms . Increase one on one interaction.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough employees and low wages. If we were paid better people would stay on the job and staffing would improve.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide a safe working environment for cashier's. Pay competitive wages. Not expose works to strange chemicals which may or may not be toxic without any precautions due to store cleaning for COVID virus.
