We work together well, there isn't much workplace drama

Everyone is really nice there, and you get along with most of your other workers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot more work than what's required of me and I get paid 10.50 an hour. While that is not bad, it's not a liveable wage where I am located
