What are some of the best things about your team?
The cashiers and floor crew are phenomenal. They work hard and do what they can under the circumstances of being short staffed or being under appreciated by the store managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are making less than stores right next door to us for the same job. The incentive to leave while staying in the same area with better pay/hours is always there
