Keeping the tenured people happy so they stay. High turn over and these people aren't trained and can't assist customers.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The people I have worked with are fun and creative. Most don't stay long due to low pay or unfair treatment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They want it to be a fun enviroment but it often isn't one. You are yelled at for so many things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being paid more per hour. More than one raise a year or a larger raise. Getting sick pay as a part time employee.
