The newest manager is a nice guy but I would like to see more flexibility. Most of the team members are nice but lazy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It always seems that the people who work the hardest and are always present get the least amount of recognition. I would like to see more appreciation for the hard work I've put in over the years.
