overall I have enjoyed my time at michaels. However over the years I have seen the level of support we at store level get from the support center decrease drastically while they continue to raise our overall achievement requirements to nearly unattainable metrics.

give us the tools we need to attain the goals they set for us, in order to receive the bonus compensations.
