They dont put you on the spot, they give you a minute if you need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super nice, nobody is afraid of learning something new, we all joke around, its a fun environment!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how easy it is to learn from them. They never get aggravated when I, or anyone, has a question on how to do something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. I am a support specialist, I get paid minimum wage for more responsibility than most other employees. 2. I use my car for some work errands once a week that I do not get compensated for. I do not get compensated for the wear and tear on my vehicle or the fuel. I love everything else though!
