The company needs to hire better staff. Interviews are only conducted within a span of 5 minutes

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership needs to act more professional. The company needs to look into who is part of the leadership team and do background checks before position is granted.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I would have better lined up questions for those applying for the position. They should be able to have at retail experience and have an up going and up lifting personality.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel as though the company forces many to take on positions that they did not apply for. I was almost forced into becoming a full time custom framer when I did not want to be one.
