My overall experience here is a blessed one but I'm very weary on the lack of importance that our work culture is getting. I know we are focusing on our growth team/delivery, but even they are human and need a boost as well. Lets take our work culture seriously and everything will work itself out!
What makes you most happy at work?
That our video/photo engagement is super high. Its not like this in our competitive companies like ours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they consistently message the company weekly, internally thru Slack. That's very, very important to the culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That Shout Outs video and the channel continues to impact our community as nerds. We still are people focus, which is needed in these times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They for the most part respect the video/photography craft. And we are very inviting to the Edina office (Marketing area) We trust each others to make decisions thats best for the company
