This is the best job I've ever had, even though not everything is perfect. I worry about the looming recession impacting the tech industry the flow of new signings impacting my career and the future of the company.

I don't know if there's one thing that jumps out at me but I'm happy with the overall package.

The majority of them are actively involved with the different departments and the team and really encourage working collaboratively across departments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, our team gels - both in personalities and in how we work together - so well together and I totally get why a good chunk of the team that has been here for a while.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole "in it together" value is not just smoke. Everyone on every team really wants to work together to make sure what we do is the best it can be. Nobody wants anyone to be struggling. It's very much a "we all do better when we all do better" environment.
