Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the messaging around my compensation says "undervalued" but talking with my colleagues it's clear that as a person and the contributions I provide I surely don't.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When needed the people on my team step up and help each other even when it means additional time from them over their own work load. They provide assistance and support when not able to physically help complete the work.
