Passion! Nerds are consistently the most passionate people I have ever worked with. Not only about quality of work but also for solving client's problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nerdery needs to be more competitive in the industry for the majority of our roles, and truly review internal pay bands. A lot of our roles extend past standard responsibilities and take on a lot more to help the organization, and proper compensation is required.
