I mean, it's work.... "Excited" isnt how I'd describe most mornings before any job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is below market rate for the work and responsibility, snacks have been removed from the office, and all the new open enrollment numbers are more expensive. It'd be nice if things got better year over year rather than worse.
