I have been a company employee for quite a while and would describe my current experience as difficult. I feel that the shifts in leadership, though refreshing/helpful in many areas, has resulted in a division of those hired by that leadership as trusted and any not, as untrusted/unappreciated.

The people I work with and the variety of clients and work.

Generally they are capable and work hard. Personable and genuinely good people who treat others like good people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a group of individuals who are constantly learning and generally approach others as "what can I learn from you or what can you learn from me"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Agreeing to and then communicating goals and metrics that relate to my role. Utilize the systems and team members we have to greater affect rather than complaining about them or avoiding them.
