My team honestly cares about each other and wants to do what is best for Nerdery. They all work incredibly hard and have a great attitude towards Nerdery.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting stuff done without all the bureaucracy that is common in many other companies. I appreciate that my manager allows me to make decisions and is supportive of that work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy how upbeat everyone is on average. I do miss the days of everyone coming into the office and the camaraderie that comes with it but understand the world has changed significantly over the past few years.
