What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is highly skilled, hard-working and gets along well. We actually care about each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are groups of people who really care about each other, the company, and our customers in a deep way.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being respected. Colleagues who care and love their professions. Having authority commensurate with my ability and being supported by my manager.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

At the root there is a strong ethic of work hard, show respect, do the right thing and always put the client first.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The message I get when salaries are kept low is that they ultimately don't care if I stay. If I leave maybe they don't replace me or rehire for less. If they must rehire for more, it's just their risk vs the guaranteed savings of paying me less now. I want to stay. Pay me closer to market rate.
