We have become so production-oriented that we don't regard the needs of the individual the way we used to. Contribution is measured in terms of billable hours, and burnout is ignored. Culture feels like it has all but disintegrated because leadership isn't inspiring.
Review from Engineering Dept
paying attention to employees of every project size, employee retention, staffing for more than just specific projects. Have an actual company direction that is just what the client of the month want.

Agreeing to and then communicating goals and metrics that relate to my role. Utilize the systems and team members we have to greater affect rather than complaining about them or avoiding them.
Transparency, Communication, Building Culture, Setting and Acting towards a future vision, Securing Work
focus less on fire fighting and more on setting folks up for success – providing support, structure, and clear accountabili
Compensation doesn't feel aligned to the value provided. Also, roles and titles don't always seem to be equivalent across domains in terms of pay or experience required.
Pay is below market rate for the work and responsibility, snacks have been removed from the office, and all the new open enrollment numbers are more expensive. It'd be nice if things got better year over year rather than worse.
Review from IT Dept
I feel they need to look at getting their pay scale, especially for their tenured employees closer to the market. It is such a sad sight to see new people coming in at times higher or equal than some people who have been here a long time. Sr staff should be getting higher pay..
Review from IT Dept
Perks are great if you have the time to enjoy them, but work-life balance has taken a real hit. "Flexible PTO" sounds great, but if you're so busy that you don't feel like you can take any, or there's nobody to cover you, then the benefit has no value.

Need more resources to effectively perform my job
Review from IT Dept
Company alignment on the roles and responsibilities of the teams and a leadership team that guides the initiatives and goals for the teams. Client contracts that are clear on the scope and deliverables, as well as, better estimating. Also, not have the Growth team involved after a project starts
Many co-workers are disengaged, and it can be difficult to pull together energy or excitement.

I mean, it's work.... "Excited" isnt how I'd describe most mornings before any job.
Review from IT Dept
The company lacks direction, frequent major shifts in company goals, uncertain success rate, culture has been slowly deteriorating, leadership is opaque in their intentions and goings-on.
Review from Marketing Dept
Terrible pay, well below market average. The company is a shell of its former perks and attractions, and leadership is not committed to replacing the lost culture. The employees used to be top priority, and talent actually *wanted* to work here -- neither are true anymore.

There are a couple bad apples that tend to make things harder for my team.
