Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been #1 in stamp sales for 5 months in a row and haven't gotten anything in return

I should not be expected to do more work than what is reasonable for my pay. If there are more responsibilities for me then I should be compensated for said responsibilities.

Benefits are crucial and would be much appreciated even if I had to pay a portion of them.

Don't treat employees as expendable.

Nobody at UPS store corporate seems to care. We have come to them on multiple occasions with issues at our store with little to no response or they just brush it off because they don't want to fix the issue

If they took my current wage and squared it.

lower royalty fees. Larger discount on UPS shipments

there should never be more than a 5% difference in salary for those with similar tasks. bonuses should be based on performance, not what the overall international company does. (they just changed it, so we'll see how that works out). higher 401K matching. currently it is only 50% match on 5%.

Corporate accounts that increase yearly to match cost of living/supply chain increases

Graphic Designers! Check Google. They have the best creative place for creative people and like that, everybody will win

Associates were making $11/ hr while the manager was making $25/hr for doing the same thing. Favoritism since it is a family owned business.

If the Franchisee could manage their cost vs their required expenses. They could plan the return on investment as need to balance their mandated expenses to better their chances of making a profit. We always have to spend now without reguard for return on investment. Some investment can wait.

Corporate offers no benefits, while charging franchisees AND expecting them to provide benefits. Corporate screws the franchise owners and their employees.

The name UPS is written everywhere but we get to enjoy none of the benefits that an actual UPS employee gets! But all of the abuse!

We are not offered benefits which is hard for some of us

Most stores offer minimum wage and no benefits, even in emergency situations. Pretty messed up for "essential personnel" to be treated so poorly. A "hero clap" isn't worth exposure to a dangerous virus, Tim Davis. However, benefits and a living wage would certainty help.

Not having to deal with the coronavirus with 0 protection at all.

Review from Sales Dept

we do not have benefits

Review from Sales Dept

There are no benefits for most unless your store owner opts to pay into a group plan at a rate unaffordable to most owners. Usually feels like compensation for store owners and employees is LITERALLY the last thing the company cares about.

Cutting store profit for the benefit of UPS is not The UPS Store model. Do not too much deviate from core shipping business. 800 sf. ft to 1200 sq. ft store one can't put products similar to Khols or Macys. Focus on bringing shipping to store growth.
