The best part of my compensation package besides the pay and bonus program is the PTO. We can bank up to 2 years of PTO before losing it. It gives you a lot of flexibility to use your PTO compared to the old system of "use it or lose it"

Our pay compared to other construction companies is a bit lower, however if we had more benefits offered it would be better.
