Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have made a lot of good investments over the years that have put the company in a really good position overall.
Transparency, results, and quick communication.
They are ok, most people is new
They invest in their employees and recognize those who put in the work. Always open to hear you out and work with those in need.
They treat me like family
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Technical skills. Most of the leaders unless c suite are very mediocre
More respect for those that report to them
Listening to employees. HR red flags, legal disputes, micro-management, toxic environment.
Transparency and truthfulness. They need more compassion and smarter people leading the real estate department. they are over spending with out anyone questioning it.
Leadership too busy giving themselves raises and not taking care of the employees who do the work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is generally good and there's a reliable bonus. It's a private company with no equity comp, so that part is not great compared to what you'd get at a public company.
The insurance and the coverage
The best, most comprehensive benefits package I've ever had.
Bonus at the end of the year is great!
The medical coverage plan is un matched by any other employer in the industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Staff in similar roles at other companies are better compensated
They pay well at the director level and above but they tend to work towards eliminating managers and forcing more work on leads/supervisors
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is hard working, results oriented and very cohesive. High degree of trust.
The team is what makes the company worthwhile
My immediate team is amazing and we work wonderfully together. But interacting with other departments, especially the sales team, is extremely difficult. They treat everyone horribly and degrade you in front of your peers.
We all work together for the greater good of the company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We do not get the support for executive leadership. They waste time making decisions and everybody else has to work doubly hard to make for lack of decisiveness
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its easy. We dont have many new products so work is rather predictable

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More respect from the managers and appreciation for what we do for the education branch of thr company
A different director, the current transportation director promotes a very negative culture with in the team. He has no clue how to lead and team and constantly makes negative remarks and is out right rude most of the time. A different leader would be a game changer.
Really work to give employees below managers more compensation, they dont get paid enough for the responsibility you are putting on them
What did you like most about the interview process?
The company does a good job of attracting high energy and driven people.
The manager i interviewed with was knowledgable and had a lot of managerial experience so this was good
Fast - from application to job took three days.
In-person setting for a relaxed open interview.
It wasn't up tight and stuffy.

What makes you most happy at work?
Job itself is fairly easy and predictable
I like a very high % of my coworkers, more so than other places I've worked.
Getting paid makes me happy
Interacting with my clients, solving complex problems
making sure everyone you deal with is left felt satisfied with the level of care and service you provided
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A change in leadership. The male dominated leadership team is not a positive environment when it comes to women working in the company.

The benefits are exceptional compared to others.
Very flexible and we are one big family
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Better leadership and listening to lower level employees.
